The Lansdale House Bed & Breakfast offers beautiful accommodations in an expertly restored, historic home just outside of Huntington, WV. The home was built in 192o and is filled with antiques, old home charm and comfortable relaxation areas.

All guest accommodations are located on the second floor with four charming rooms available (one as a two-room suite). A freshly prepared continental style breakfast and Wi-Fi access are included during your stay. 

The home is nestled within a 6-acre wooded property within a quiet residential neighborhood.  Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping and the nostalgic whistles and chugs of trains far in the distance. Mornings and dusk at The Lansdale House are the perfect time to spot deer grazing in the backyard and to enjoy the variety of birds that frequent the back porch for feeding time.

The inn is also available to rent for small private events such as retreats, meetings, conferences, parties, etc. – please get in touch for more details. We are conveniently located within 15 minutes of Marshall University, St. Mary’s Hospital, Cabell Huntington Hospital, and 10 minutes from The Huntington Mall and The Village of Barboursville.

Our tasty, healthy, Continental breakfast is served buffet style weekdays at 7:00 - 8:30am and weekends at 8:00 - 9:30am. Join us in the dining room for fresh coffee, tea, and juice. Indulge in homemade baked goods and savory breakfast items, house-made gluten free granola, and seasonal fruit and yogurt. If you have dietary restrictions, please give us advance notice. We will make every possible effort to see that your needs are met. Throughout the day, help yourself to a cup of hot tea, coffee or hot cocoa using the Keurig machine.

• The Lansdale House is open year-round.
• Check-in is from 3-8 p.m.  We do our best to accommodate early check-ins when requested in advance. Late check-in is available, however, you must contact our Innkeepers to make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance.
• Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted on the premises, either in the building or outside.
• Though we do not provide the alcohol, drinking is permitted for those over 21 years of age.
• Suitable for children 12 years & older, unless all five rooms will be booked under one family.
• No childcare is provided.
• No guest pets (and/or service animals) are permitted.  We love them, but our bed and breakfast is not designed to meet their needs.
• Please Note: we do have a cat – she is not permitted at any time in guest rooms (please do not invite her in) we make every attempt to ensure our rooms are free of pet dander and other allergens. 
• Our rates are for double occupancy and are subject to all applicable West Virginia and local taxes.
• Some weekends require a minimum stay as indicated on reservations system.
• Acceptable forms of payment are: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks (received at least 14 days prior to visit).
• Deposit Required: The deposit is charged at the time that your reservation is made.  For a two or more nights’ stay, the deposit is charged for the first two nights.  For a one night stay, the deposit is charged for the cost of your stay.
• Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, we will make every attempt to re-book the room. If we are able to re-book the room, a full refund will be credited. If we are not able to re-book the room, we will record a credit (equal to the value of your deposit) towards your next stay at The Lansdale House Bed and Breakfast. The credit must be used towards a stay within 12 months of the date recorded.
• Holiday Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, we will make every attempt to re-book the room. If we are able to re-book the room, a full refund will be credited. If we are not able to re-book the room, the deposit is forfeited. 
• Damages: The registered guest will be charged for any damages, theft, and/or smoking in rooms.
• We regret at this time that we are not set up for handicap accessibility.
